Due to Meta’s new regulations, we have temporarily disabled Instagram connectivity for all users. As a result, the option to connect photo gallery s to Instagram is currently unavailable until the matter is resolved.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize for any disruption to your workflow. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and we will provide updates as we have more information.
If your Instagram connection is disconnected, your authentication token may have expired and you need to reconnect the Photo Gallery widget to Instagram and re-authorize your credentials.
To reconnect the Photo Gallery widget to Instagram:
- Click the Photo Gallery widget to open the Content editor.
- Click Connect Instagram.
- Type your Instagram credentials, and then click Log In.
- Click Authorize.
